Demo requests and email
The demo form uses the details you enter to prepare a draft in your email application. Opening the draft does not send a request. If you send it, your name, work email, practice name, location count, and any message you include are shared with OptiAlly through your email provider.
The team uses the information you send to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested demo or setup. Please send business contact information only and do not include patient documents or patient identifiers.
Website delivery
Your browser makes requests to the website’s hosting infrastructure to load pages and assets. Those requests necessarily include technical information such as the requested address and connection information. Hosting services may process technical logs and security cookies to deliver and protect the site.
Optional analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, the website asks before loading it. If you allow analytics, it measures page visits and actions such as demo-link clicks and opening a demo email draft. Form names, email addresses, practice names, and message contents are not included in these events. An opened email draft is not recorded as a completed demo request.

Questions about your information
Email hello@getoptially.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask for applicable retention and service-provider details. Do not include patient records in a privacy inquiry.
Using the OptiAlly application
Photo deletion and a BAA are available for the product. Request the applicable product privacy and processing terms before entering patient information. This website notice is not a substitute for those terms.
