Remove names, dates of birth, member IDs, authorization numbers, and other identifying details from example prescriptions and benefit reports. Please do not email identifiable patient documents with a demo request.

Before approving production use, ask for the applicable details on document processing, service providers, access, retention, deletion, and support handling. This public overview does not replace the BAA or product agreement, and availability of a BAA alone does not establish compliance for a practice’s use.
